Ranny Savage takes a job as a steel worker on a skyscraper to be close to Dorothy Clark, who is caring for her father as he manages the stressful work site. Thrills abound as Ranny stumbles along girders and dangles from soaring heights. But he really finds peril when he discovers a plot to sabotage the construction.
